Over at intersocs, a community of networking/computing societies in Ireland, we’ve started a flickr group and IRC channel called #photographers. Part of the aim is to set assigments, maybe 1 or 2 a month, and see what we can come up with. Appropriately enough the first topic is “Hello World!” and this is my take on it.
That’s me in the photo too, it’s a simple enough setup, using a flash for some sidelighting but nothing fancy.
